Supplement...

as salam..lama xmenhupdate..sorry lately agak busy with trainings new email client..1000 users nak kene hands on training.. #pitam..

sessions everyday..each session 18 orang user, so sehari ada 3 session, asik dok ulang mende same..training sampai end of this months..sangat lahh penat..

balik rumah je lemau..nak masak,layan emir,layan en.hubby,layan diri..memang tak sempat..so camneee? so aku pikir, aku kene cari suplement..tapi nak yang seploh in one..hehe..xde lah..as long as boleh bagi energy, jaga badan, slim,tak lapa, muka cantik, cik P cantik, bole je..haha..banyak betol criteria..

so anyone boleh suggest ape supplement yg bagus? tak sempat nak beporum lahh skrg..


p/s: now aku amik mab je..tapi function energy tak ade sgt..so i need extra :)
